  1. If you provide the SSL certificate, we are happy to install it for you via a paid support ticket.
  2. If you have multiple cabinets within a PEER 1 facility, we can install a cross-connect to link your spaces together.  Please note that an installation fee will apply.

  3. Microsoft has marked Frontpage as EOL (End of Life), which means their future products will not support Frontpage. This in turn has caused other new products to be released without Frontpage support.  Plesk is one of these products.  The last version of Plesk that ServerBeach supports and that has Frontpage support is Plesk 7.5 reloaded.

  4. ServerBeach would be happy to receive your shipment if it is being couriered to our facilities in advance of your installation. Please ensure that all fees are paid prior to the shipment reaching ServerBeach, as we will have to refuse any shipment with fees owing.
    We can store your equipment for a few days prior to your arrival. Please note that storage fees may apply for any items left over 5 days.  Please contact your Client Relations Manager for more details.

  5. We recommend you hire a packing company for your packing and shipping needs, as ServerBeach is not an expert in that field. In some instances we will permit our staff to pack equipment ,however ServerBeach cannot accept any liability for equipment damaged at any time during this process, including transit.  We recommend that you purchase insurance for your shipment. Please note that a charge will apply for the packing of your equipment. Please contact your Client Relations Manager for more information.

  6. Yes.  All clients of ServerBeach are in good standing to be able to access the facility 24/7/365.  If you have encountered an issue with access, please call your Client Relations Manager for assistance.

  7. ServerBeach provides IPs at no charge.  We do require an IP justification for any IPs totalling 64 or more. To request IPs, please log on to our Mercury portal. For assistance, please contact your Client Relations Manager.

  8. Electrical rules state that any circuit can be used up to 80% of it's rated amount. For example, if you have a 20 amp circuit, the safe zone of useable power is 16 amps.  Using any more than this could cause you to trip and lose power to your equipment. If you require additional power, please contact your Client Relations Manager.

  9. With SpamAssassin (SA), it's important to note that there are server wide settings and there are settings for individual mailboxes.
    Server wide settings are simple enough to get to.  Log in using the plesk interface and from the navigation column, select server and then select the spamassassin icon. If you wish to enable server wide settings, check the box for server wide settings.

  10. ServerBeach, we understand that sometimes life doesn’t go the way you expected.  If you need to cancel your contract, please contact your Client Relations Manager to discuss your options.
