And outside this ring, we have 18 state-of-the-art data centres in 13 cities across North America and Europe, and 22 network points of presence (PoPs) operated by our parent company, PEER 1 Hosting. The highly secure, redundant IT infrastructure of our hosting data centres protect your servers and web presence, and ensures you are running online, all of the time.

Regulated Climate Control

The weather’s always perfect here at the Beach. Our heating ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) systems have full particle filtering and humidity control. The climate within the data centre is maintained according to ASHRAE Guidelines to ensure that your server and hardware is functioning at its best.

Uninterrupted Power

We don’t rely upon the local power grid to guarantee uptime. No, siree. Our on-site diesel-powered generators and uninterruptible power systems (UPS) provide redundant power to ensure uninterrupted datacentre operation. All critical IT infrastructure is regularly tested to ensure they will function as designed in the event of an emergency. Our datacentres are physically isolated from everyone but authorized ServerBeach personnel. Monitored closed circuit television and a 24x7x365 onsite security team guards the facility while military-grade pass card access and biometric scanning units* provide further layers of security.

24x7x365 NOC

The Network Operations Centre (NOC) staff monitors the network 24x7x365, while our network engineers and hosting data centre personnel are available at any time in the event of an emergency. You also have around-the-clock access to phone or online support.
