About the business:
FunAdvice is a community where you can ask questions, get advice, share photos, add friends, customize a profile and join groups. We've been online since March, 2003 and currently have over 104,000 members, and our site generates more than 2 million unique visitors a month.

Hosting story:
We started with Serverbeach a long time ago. Then, at some point we decided to "save a few bucks" and switched. After two months & numerous downtime, terrible tech support and one nightmare after another, we came back to Serverbeach & have sworn off of other hosting companies. Serverbeach has awesome staff, every time I call they're incredibly nice. With a site that has been growing as fast as ours, eg, in October, 2006, we had 70K monthly visitors, we now average more than that per day, it's an important component of our strategy to use a reliable hosting company. Serverbeach has been flawless in terms of uptime and the one or two times we had questions or needed help, they were there when it counted.
