About the business:
D-I is a hosted application development firm. University-HQ is a firm we recently spun off to support our hosted learning management platform Prfessor.com. Prfessor has been referred to as "Prfessor.com is like Blogger.com, but for Universities, not blogs". It lets anyone develop a passive income from teaching courses online about whatever they know best.

Hosting story:
D-I has had our server with SB for a number of years. We just purchased a brand new server which is fully dedicated to the Prfessor.com application. We've had rock solid service from SB for us and our clients. Our clients are running the mission critical hosted applications D-I built for them on our SB server, and we are confidently betting the public launch of Prfessor.com this week on the stability of our new SB server!
