From my first little reseller hosting account, where I learnt the ropes, Netnibble has grown up into a multi-national hosting enterprise with a firm reputation for delivering what we promise and not overselling. We settled on ServerBeach as a strong, ethical supplier some time ago and now have servers in all three of their datacenters. Now we see no need to shop around to maybe save a few dollars because we know that ServerBeach will always deliver the service we need, usually ahead of time, and always with courtesy and professionalism. I can’t put a price on their support, which they class as un-managed but far exceeds some of the managed services we’ve experienced elsewhere. Their support portal is like reading a menu in a restaurant – We pick what we need, the ticket goes straight to the relevant department, and we receive a prompt reply from someone who knows what they (and we) are talking about. That, combined with the excellent personal relationships we now have with several key staff at Serverbeach, allows us to concentrate on running and growing our business knowing that we have rock-solid hardware and network connectivity on which to serve our customers.
