About the business:
Boingnet is a self service web based tool for generating personal URLs (pURL) to be used for various direct marketing initiatives. Our service offers anyone the ability to create, manage and report on pURL campaigns in an easy to use web application with no upfront or recurring costs. We are bridging the gap between traditional advertising media and the web.

Hosting story:
We launched the application early October on a cheap-o shared Windows hosting service. As our business is 100% web based, uptime and performance are critical. The service crashed on more than a dozen times. There was no automatic recycling of the web service so at times the app was down for hours at a time. Also there was no good phone support making life even more stressful. We decided the app was too important to be in their hands so we decided to go dedicated. ServerBeach easily bubbled to the top on all aspects of hosting. We have been online now with our dedicated Win08 box for a couple months and could not be happier!
